Free accounts include one generation with two public song versions for listening. Downloads, private songs, license PDFs and Studio tools require a paid plan and applicable credits.

Account and payment / Hesap ve ödeme

Create an account or sign in before payment. Your selected package is kept through sign-in. Credits are assigned to that account only after the server verifies a completed payment. Failed or pending payments do not unlock credits.

Prepaid plans / Ön ödemeli planlar

Monthly and annual packages are one-time credit purchases, not automatically renewing subscriptions. Annual packages include 12 monthly allocations upfront with a 20% discount. There is no automatic monthly refill, credit reset or recurring charge. Unused purchased credits do not expire under the current credit policy. No cancellation is required to stop future billing.

Using credits / Kredi kullanımı

One standard generation request uses one generation credit and may return two song versions for paid users. Downloads use download credits. Studio tools show their own credit costs before submission. Free accounts receive one free generation for listening; paid credits unlock eligible downloads. Audio quality, exact duration and number of successful versions are not guaranteed.

Top-ups and plan changes / Ek krediler ve plan değişikliği

Top-ups add to your existing balance without replacing it or downgrading a paid tier. A free account buying a top-up receives Starter access. Buying another plan adds its credits and changes your tier to the purchased plan. Admin adjustments are separate from payment orders.

Failures and payment history / Hatalar ve ödeme geçmişi

Confirmed failed Studio operations return their reserved credits. An uncertain or pending operation is not a confirmed failure: check its existing status before retrying. Payment history records verified purchases and credit assignment. Contact support from My Account about disputed charges, refunds or missing credits; cash refunds require review.
